Dear Eric, Just a note to say a big thank you for the wonderful job you did on my piano & my mums piano. I’m delighted with the job you did on my piano – the treble sings out much better & is great to have it in tune. You did a smashing job on the Beckstein, It was my mums 80th birthday yesterday and I played the Beckstein while my mum sang along. You brought the old piano back to life again, the action is so much better. Mum was delighted. Many thanks & very best wishes.
